Abstract
Information technology is a dominant area in today’s world with its ever increasing
importance in every aspect of life and is the backbone of the Indian economy. Information
Technology brings out many other different technologies inherent in this field along
with their impact and how it makes them easier to use, create, manage and exchange
information.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is becoming an important factor in Indian
Information Technology (IT) sector as each and every company in IT is realizing
the significance of customer satisfaction to survive in the competitive world.
