by Airtel Telecommunication

Airtel is an old and fastest growing company and leading
in the communication marketing providing ever best possible services to consumer.
New and advance facilities and plans are being introduced day by day to maintain
the market share in the telecommunication sector. Information technology has revolutionized
the whole world, especially in communication sector. Communication is contributing
substantially to the development process of business and services. This paper provides
an overview of tremendous opportunities for generating efficiency and accelerating
the rate of productivity. Starting from telegraphic and telephonic systems in the
19th century, the field of telephonic communication has now expanded to make use
of advanced technologies like GSM, CDMA, and WLL to the great 3G Technology in mobile
phones. The major objectives of this paper are to find out various services provided
by telecommunication of Airtel and to analyze the extent of satisfaction of consumers
of the services provided by Airtel telecommunication. The chi square, percentage
analyses are used for finding the statistically significant associations among Airtel
service provider to check the authenticity of data given by the respondents. This
research aims to figure out service quality on consumer satisfaction of mobile users
by analyzing measures taken by the Airtel and consumer satisfaction level and to
find out various services provided by telecommunication of Airtel
