Abstract
A series of thiadiazole and triazole linked 1,8-napthyridine derivatives were screened for antibacterial activity and docking studies were performed. Compared to the tetracycline, all these compounds have shown good to moderate antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus cereus, Micrococcus luteus, Klebsiella pneumonia, Salmonella paratyphi A and Escherichia coli.
