Abstract
Metabolic engineering has emerged as a pivotal field in biotechnology, focusing
on modifying cellular pathways to optimize the production of valuable bio-based
chemicals. This research study explores advancements in metabolic engineering, strategies
for pathway optimization and innovative approaches for overcoming current challenges.
The potential for scalable and sustainable bio-production is analyzed, highlighting
the role of synthetic biology, CRISPR-Cas9 and AI-driven modeling tools.
